When there's a conflict and conflict resolution is not ticked, the behavior today is to stop and do nothing.. However, when you have an entry window (say, for an ORB), sometimes you don't want to let it retry every minute forever, since then it may just be "chasing" the movement.

The suggestion - add a toggle switch that is active only when entry windows are specified and conflict resolution is not active, where if there's a conflict, stop trying for the rest of the day.
