In search of the price between the NBBO and the Bid or the Ask, I would love the opportunity to lower my slippage by Offsetting my price from the price Between the NBBO and the Ask or the price between the NBBO and the Bid, depending upon if I'm a Buyer or Seller.

Maybe this can also be done on backtesting too?
