Allow to specify "working time" for PT / SL orders

For trading longer DTE strategies it is very common to check trade status only once a day, typically at hours when market is calmer. Even for Aug05 volmagedon experienced traders wouldn't close positions right at the market open, they would wait at least 15-30 minutes before applying "mental" stop loss, some would even wait for end of trading day.
