Portfolios - avoid trades with conflicting strikes

Toggle the ability to prevent tests from simulating new positions with legs that conflict with existing positions (e.g., selling a short put when a long put at the same strike is already open). Would be most useful at the portfolio level.

With regards to conflicting strikes, I request that the portfolio back testing have the same multiple options that live trading has. See here: https://docs.optionomega.com/automation-beta-resources/strategy-setup#strike-conflict

This would be very useful, especially with the addition of trade automation now in flight. Perhaps a skip due to conflicts in trade log knowing intention was there but overlap involved.
