Add an option to the intraday movement trigger that allows the movement to be measured from the previous day's close, current week's open or previous week's close (like the strike offset has the option).

Also, allow for it to be measured from a specific time of day. For example, enter the trade when the SPX has moved up by 20 points after 13:00
