Allow CSV entry times ... but ALSO regular OO filters (RSI, EMA, Premium, VIX, etc.) - so the scheduled (CSV) entry times are only used IF the other regular filter conditions are also met.

While RSI / EMA etc. can arguably be handled 'off app' (e.g. by an external data source), this is not possible for short/long ratio, premium, etc.

(but if we're exposing filters, please can we have them all!)
