Update filtering on "View All Possible Trades for Today"

On the Trade > Live > View All Possible Trades for Today, this drawer should show any trades/strategies that could be opened on that day.
However, it currently includes trades where the entry time has already been surpassed as well as trades that should be disqualified due to overnight activity (gaps, VIX activity, etc).
Consider updating the filtering or adding a filtering option to only show trades that are eligible for opening for the _remainder_ of the day.

Many strategies have overnight/gap conditions that are known after the open. It would be lovely when I click on the "View All Possible Trade for Today" if the trades that cannot be entered could be grayed out, eliminated, or otherwise marked as having a failed entry qualification and no longer eligible for today.
Likewise, I see no reason why the Debug log should be filled with checks every minute for a trade that has been disqualified because of a statistic that will not change during the day (like Vix O/N gap).
